    Q: If the price is so much lower than provided by the national carriers can the quality of the calls be as good?
    A: YES, your calls are carried on the fiber optic networks provided by the national carriers.

    Q: Do I have to dial additional numbers?
    A: NO, this is a direct dial service, you will pick up your phone and dial as normal.

    Q: How long will it take to get my new service up and running?
    A: You should be connected to your new carrier within 5 to 7 business days. To find out if you are hooked up DIAL toll free 1-700-555-4141 and it should say nanco when you are connected to our network.

    Q: Why would I want a Toll Free 800#, aren't they expensive?
    A: NO, our Toll Free program allows you have your own 800 number with no set up fees. You pay only 5 cents a minute for incoming calls from anywhere in Canada or the USA including Alaska and Hawaii.

    There is a $4.95 minimum monthly usage on 800 numbers....if you do not receive at least $4.95 of incoming calls a month (about an hour a month) You will be charged the $4.95, If you receive more than $4.95 a month in incoming calls you are charged just for the actual incoming calls.


    Q: How do I get a 800#?
    A: In the comments part of the application idicate you want an 800 and put the number you want the 800# to ring to (usually your main number).

    Q: What bill payment options do I have?
    A: You may pay by:
    1. Pre Authorized Chequing Account Debit, you will need to fax us a Void cheque
    2. Pre Authorized Visa

    Q: Do I get a monthly statement?
    A: Yes, your detailed statement is emailed to you each month around the 10th for the previous months calls. Then about 5 days later we debit your bank account or Visa.
